What is an AI agent for a company?
An AI agent is software that can read, decide and act inside your systems: qualify a lead, answer a ticket, prepare an invoice, route an order. It works toward a goal with the tools you allow, and hands off to your people when it is unsure.
Chatbot or AI agent: what is the difference?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent also takes steps: it looks things up in your CRM, drafts or sends a message, updates a record or opens a ticket, within permissions and approvals that you set.

We use least-privilege access, no secrets inside prompts, audit logs and, when data must stay on your own server, self-hosted models. We never ask for passwords or API keys in the request form.
How do you measure that an agent works?
We agree a success measure before the pilot, for example hours saved, response time or error rate, test the agent on real examples, and review the logs with you. If it does not pay back, we say so.
How much does an AI agent project cost?

How long does a pilot take?

Can the agents run on our own servers?
Yes. We can run agents and models on your VPS or servers (Docker, local models with Ollama or vLLM) when privacy or policy requires it, and manage the server afterwards.
